Jump Higher

November 25th, 2009

Are you serious about your game and ready to improve your vertical?  Would you like to increase your vertical by ten or twelve inches?

I talk to a lot of players who are trying to improve their game.  They all want to jump higher and dunk harder.  Most of those that are serious, have tried different jumping programs.  Some have worked and some haven’t.  Some have increased their vertical jumping substantially, and some by only a couple of inches.

So how do you decide on a program to improve your vertical leap?

First of all you need to make a commitment to put in the hard yards.  Whether it is a good program or a bad one, it will still require a lot of hard work and desire.  So if you’re going to commit to a lot of hard work, you may as well be doing it right.  No point putting in the effort, if at the end, you can’t jump higher.

Then you need to find a program that has proven results and is produced by someone who knows his stuff.  A lot of programs are written only for the purpose of making a buck.  The writer knows little about what works, but just puts a heap of exercises together and tries to flog it to whoever is silly enough to buy it.

If you are prepared for some really hard work, if you want to develop an explosive leap and a higher vertical, there is a program that really works.  Let me tell you how I know.

There were a couple of kids on my team that were average sort of players.  They could run and shoot and jump and play OK defence.  I noticed one of them improved a lot in a very short time.  Previously he could barely dunk one hand, but he was throwing them down with two.  He was grabbing more boards and his defence was a lot tougher.  He was a lot quicker on his feet.

Shortly after, the second kid showed the same sort of improvement.  He was just playing with a lot more power.  He had developed a much higher vertical and his whole game was stronger.

I learned that both of them had decided they wanted to jump higher, and they had been using the same program to develop a higher vertical.  I was pretty amazed when they showed me the actual improvements that they had charted since they started.

They told me of other players they knew that had used the same program, and sure enough, when I checked, I found that others were getting similar results.  There was one kid at another school that had some staggering results.

I was so impressed with what I found, I had a look at the program.  It’s called Jump Manual.

The principles that are employed make a lot of sense, and the program is very comprehensive.  There are so many testimonials from people that have some great results with their vertical jumping.  Best of all, there is a money back guarantee, so it’s a no lose situation.

I have seen first hand, the results that have been achieved with this jump training.  These guys are jumping higher, and playing better.  If you’re serious about your game and want to improve your vertical, you should check out the Jump Manual.
